It's the first time I've bought from a dealer. I was very wary as it was the first time I'd spent the amount of money I did on a car. I also didn't know what car to get as I'd had mine seven years.

After seeing a few places where I wasn't really sure of them, the name of JK Motors was mentioned to me. It might have been the first time I have been there, it definitely won't be the last.

Outstanding customer care, car was prepared to an immaculate condition mechanically and visually and I can't quite believe what I've got for the price I have.

Honestly, if you're like I was and unsure where to go, you can't go wrong with coming here. Cannot recommend them enough - am loving my new Ford!

I received a truly excellent level of customer service from Josh and his team. I had a problem with my car six months after I bought it but no worries, I contacted Josh and the very next day a recovery vehicle along with a courtesy car arrived. A short while later my repaired car was returned and the courtesy vehicle taken back. They deserve their 5 star rating and going by their current reviews many other people feel the same. You can absolutely trust JK Motors.

I bought a car from them recently. They were friendly and not pushy and sorted a coupe of minor issues before I collected it. When I did have a more worrying problem soon after, they sorted that one out for me under the warranty, gave me a courtesy car while they worked on it and brought mine back lovely and clean and in full working order. I am so pleased to have found a helpful local garage.

Can't thank these lads enough, had a vehicle with a boost leak that went into limp mode 300 miles from home. They did what they could to help us and get us back on the road by ordering a part from Mercedes and fixing it the same morning. Excellent service

Our car broke down on holiday and was towed to this wonderful garage ... not only did they source a part and have us back on the road in 24 hours but they gave us a courtesy car to use in the meantime. Terrific service and a good bunch of guys. Thanks again lads.

Drove over 300 miles through the night to collect my new (to me) golf GTD, was not disappointed. Car was in much better condition than I was expecting for the year and mileage, and also included optional extras not listed in the advertisement which was a nice surprise. Staff were friendly & professional. Great experience all around, considering I was only running on a few hours sleep. Highly recommend to all!
